Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Geschäftskunden remote sowie vor Ort
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in Client-, Server- und Microsoft-Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen via Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechten (Active Directory/Microsoft 365)
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Software und Betriebssystemen
  • Unterstützung bei Netzwerk-, Drucker- und Peripheriethemen
  • Dokumentation von Supportfällen, Lösungen und technischen Anleitungen
  • Mitarbeit bei kleineren Infrastruktur- und Modernisierungsprojekten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ (Plattformentwicklung/Systemtechnik) oder ICT-Fachmann/-Fachfrau EFZ
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory und Exchange
  • Grundverständnis von Netzwerken (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
