Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Supportanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level sowie Koordination mit dem 3rd-Level-Support externer Partner
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen inklusive Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Peripheriegeräten und mobiler Hardware
  • Durchführung von Hardwareersatz und Störungsbehebungen sowie Überwachung der Systemverfügbarkeit und Performance (z.B. mittels Monitoring-Tools)
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten (Ein- und Austritte, Mutationen) sowie Pflege und Administration des M365-Tenants
  • Mitarbeit an KI-Projekten und Begleitung der Fachabteilungen bei der Umsetzung von KI gestützten Automatisierungen
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten mit Fokus auf Microsoft-Technologien (M365, Entra ID, Windows)
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Schulungsunterlagen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (EFZ-Informatiker/-in Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung oder ICT-Fachmann/-frau)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Geduld und Freude im Umgang mit Anwenderinnen und Anwendern
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, Admin Center)
  • Vertraut mit Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy Management und idealerweise Windows-Server-Administration
  • Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Bereich Client Management, MDM, Monitoring und Backup-Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse zur Unterstützung unserer internationalen Tochtergesellschaft
