IT Support Specialist

Zur Unterstützung unseres Global IT\-Teams suchen wir am Standort Langenthal per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Persönlichkeit als

IT Support Specialist 100 % (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Mitarbeit im Service Desk und im globalen ICT\-Workplace\-Team
  • Mitarbeitende bei Fragen zu Hardware, Microsoft 365 und mobilen Endgeräten unterstützen
  • Störungen und Serviceanfragen aufnehmen, priorisieren und bis zur Lösung begleiten
  • Computer, Smartphones, Tablets und Peripheriegeräte bereitstellen und konfigurieren
  • Eintritte, Austritte, Arbeitsplatzwechsel und Hardware\-Erneuerungen unterstützen
  • Inventar\-, Asset\- und Dokumentationsdaten zuverlässig pflegen
  • Bei globalen IT\-Projekten, beispielsweise bei Rollouts, mitarbeiten

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT\-Bereich, Informatiker Systemtechnik, ICT\-Fachmann oder vergleichbares
  • Erste Supporterfahrung von Vorteil; motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows und Microsoft 365
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen sowie Geduld, Empathie und Serviceorientierung
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Empathie, interkulturelle Kompetenzen
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
