  • Entgegennehmen, Klassifizieren, Analysieren und Lösen von Störungsmeldungen in den Bereichen Office-Hardware, Office-Anwendungen und interne Geschäftsapplikationen
  • Support der End-Anwender per Telefon, Fernwartung und vor Ort
  • Support, Betrieb und Unterhalt von Client-Infrastrukturen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Anleitungen und Dokumentationen
  • Unterstützung und Weiterleiten von nicht lösbaren Problem-Tickets an den zuständigen Fachangestellten
  • Installieren von Hardware und Inbetriebnahme im firmeneigenen Netzwerk
  • Hardwarebeschaffung und Inventarisierung
  • Mitarbeiten bei Migrations- und Rolloutprojekten
  • Mitverantwortung für das Monitoring der ICT-Infrastruktur
  • Tages-Einsätze in den Geschäftsstellen in Bern, Basel, Luzern, Lausanne, Genf und St. Gallen sind möglich

Was du dafür mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung (MCSA, MCSE, eidgenössischer Fachausweis Informatik)
  • einige Jahre Erfahrung im 1st Level Support von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse mit Windows Server 2012 bis 2025, Windows 10/11
  • Technisches Flair in der Adaptierung neuer Technologien und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten
  • Grundlagenkenntnisse im Microsoft Umfeld von Vorteil (Azure, Exchange, Teams, Windows-Server, SQL-Server, Dynamics, Sharepoint, Office/Microsoft 365)
  • Grundlagenkenntnisse im Umgang mit virtualisierten Systemumgebungen von Vorteil (VMWare / Hyper-V / VDI)
  • Offene, flexible, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige, kundenorientierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und Reisebereitschaft
  • Deutsche Muttersprache
  • Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
