Hier kannst du dein Know-how täglich einsetzen, für reibungslose Abläufe sorgen und bekommst die Chance, dich in einem selbstorganisierten Umfeld stetig weiterzuentwickeln. Unser IT-Team besteht aus 14 Personen in diversen Rollen (Support, Systemengineers, ERP, Automation und ICT-Fachmann in Ausbildung). Du selbst bist Teil des coolen dreier Gespanns im 1st Level Support. DEIN SPEZIALGEBIET ALS IT SUPPORTER:IN Unseren über 500 Mitarbeitenden an diversen Standorten in der Schweiz bei IT-Support Anfragen (1st und 2nd Level) weiterhelfen. Dein Ding. Unsere Anwendungssysteme, Netzwerke und Infrastruktur. Dein Zuhause. Menschen und Technik verbinden. Deine Passion.  Bearbeitung von Neueintritten, Aufsetzen der Computer und Installationen vor Ort. Ja gerne. Dann und wann neue und unbekannte Software, Tools oder Geräte. Für dich kein Problem. Du bleibst neugierig und lernbereit. Wissen, Freude und gute Laune teilen. Unbedingt. Eine IT-Ausbildung als Informatiker:in EFZ, ICT-Fachmann/-frau, ICT-Supporter:in oder nachweisbare Erfahrung in diesem Bereich. Sieht man in deinem Profil. Know-how zu Bereichen Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory und Netzwerk. Das braucht-s. Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen, Microsoft Business Central / LS Retail. Wäre super!
