Unsere Kunden sind so vielfältig wie die Stadt selbst: Von der Anwaltskanzlei über Schulen bis hin zum Architekturbüro betreuen wir alles. Als Supporter bist du unser wichtigstes Aushängeschild. Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle, hörst zu und löst Probleme - immer mit dem Ziel, dass unsere Kunden lächeln, wenn sie den Hörer auflegen.Was dich bei uns erwartet: Kundenkontakt pur: Du stehst täglich im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen. Kein Tag ist wie der andere. 1st-Level mit Köpfchen: Du bearbeitest Anfragen rund um Microsoft 365, Hardware-Probleme und die täglichen IT-Herausforderungen unserer Kunden - kompetent per Remote oder Telefon. Gespür für die Lösung: Du löst vieles selbst, erkennst aber genau, wann ein Fall die Expertise eines 2nd-Level-Technikers braucht oder eine vertiefte Recherche nötig ist. Schnelligkeit und Qualität: Wir sind stolz auf unsere kurzen Reaktionszeiten. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden nicht lange warten müssen. Das bringst du mit: Dienstleistungs-Herz: Du liebst den täglichen Kundenkontakt und hast die Ausdauer, auch bei hartnäckigen Problemen dranzubleiben, bis eine Lösung steht. Support-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits im 1st-Level-Support gearbeitet und bringst solide Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows, Microsoft 365) mit. Sprachgefühl: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch. Da unsere Kunden oft Zürcher KMU sind, ist es absolut wichtig, dass du Schweizerdeutsch mühelos verstehst. Teamplayer-Mentalität: Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, weisst aber, dass wir als Team am stärksten sind. Du scheust dich nicht, Fragen zu stellen.
