Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Ansprechperson für anspruchsvollen First- und Second-Level-Support, sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
  • Bereitstellung und Wartung von modernen Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Peripheriegeräten und mobilen Endgeräten
  • Installation und Pflege von Business-Software bei Kunden
  • Wartung von Servern, Clients sowie Netzwerk- und Firewall-Komponenten
  • Entgegennahme und Lösung von Anfragen zu Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkstörungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Spezialisten im Third-Level-Support
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Checklisten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in diversen IT-Projekten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. Informatiker/in EFZ Fachrichtung Systemtechnik oder vergleichbar)
  • Teamplayer mit lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise, der auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf bewahrt
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung als ICT Supporter/in bei einem IT-Dienstleister
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie B vorhanden
