Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen vom Eingang bis zur Lösung
  • Analyse und Behebung von Problemen, die durch Plattformüberwachungen gemeldet werden
  • Beschaffung relevanter Informationen zur Klärung von Problemstellungen
  • Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit internen Experten
  • Protokollierung aller Arbeitsschritte im CRM-System
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Supportprozesse
  • Pflege der internen Support-Knowledge-Datenbank und Dokumentation
  • Überwachung der von Kunden genutzten Cloud-Services

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in (Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung) oder als ICT-Fachmann/-frau
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung ab Lehrabschluss in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Teamfähig, selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und mit einer freundlichen, serviceorientierten Art
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben von Anfang an korrekt auszuführen
  • Vernetztes Denken und Freude daran, Herausforderungen eigenständig zu lösen
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
  • Vorhandener Führerausweis der Kategorie B
