Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs von IT-Systemen, Applikationen und Cloud-Services, unter anderem im Umfeld von Microsoft 365, Azure und AWS
  • Betrieb, Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur
  • Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von IT-Projekten in Bezug auf Termine, Qualität und Umsetzung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und technischen Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsapplikationen, beispielsweise im ERP-Umfeld
  • Verantwortung für Themen rund um Cybersicherheit, Datensicherung und Betriebssicherheit
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse und Services
  • Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister und Partner
  • Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und technischen Architekturen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ Systemtechnik/Plattformentwicklung, idealerweise ergänzend mit IT-Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF/FH
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT Systemtechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit IT-Infrastrukturen, Applikationen und Schnittstellen
  • Grundlegende Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen wie Azure, AWS oder Microsoft 365
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und gutes Verständnis für die Anforderungen interner Kunden und Fachbereiche
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an operativen und projektbezogenen Aufgaben
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Im Besitz des Führerausweises der Kategorie B
