Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Betrieb, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der lokalen und hybriden IT\-Infrastruktur mit Fokus auf Verfügbarkeit, Leistung, Kapazität, Sicherheit und Lifecycle\-Management
  • Administration und Optimierung von Microsoft Exchange und hybriden Messaging\-Services, einschliesslich Mailfluss, E\-Mail\-Authentifizierung, Domain\-Schutz und komplexer Fehlerbehebung
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von VMware vSphere/ESXi, Windows\-Applikationsservern sowie gruppenweiten Speicher\- und Backup\-Services
  • Administration des lokalen Active Directory, einschliesslich Gruppenrichtlinien, Benutzer\- und Servicekonten, DNS und DHCP, sowie Betrieb der hybriden Identitätssynchronisation mit Microsoft Entra ID
  • Planung und Durchführung des Patch\- und Update\-Managements sowie Bereitstellung von 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level\-Support, einschliesslich Incident\-, Problem\- und Change\-Aktivitäten
  • Leitung und Mitarbeit bei Infrastrukturprojekten, technischen Integrationen und Migrationen – von der Analyse und Planung über die Implementierung bis zur Übergabe in den Gruppenbetrieb und zur technischen Dokumentation

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Höhere Ausbildung oder berufliche Qualifikation im Bereich Informationstechnologie beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange und hybriden Messaging\-Services, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP sowie Microsoft Entra Connect
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit VMware vSphere/ESXi, virtuellen Serverumgebungen, Server\-Patch\-Management, Infrastruktur\-Härtung und Monitoring
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Mailfluss und E\-Mail\-Authentifizierung, insbesondere SPF, DKIM und DMARC, sowie Erfahrung mit Incident\-, Change\- und Root\-Cause\-Prozessen
  • Erfahrung in Infrastrukturprojekten und Migrationen; Kenntnisse in PowerShell und Automatisierung sowie Erfahrung mit technischen Unternehmensintegrationen und relevante Microsoft\- oder VMware\-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld; sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
