Ihre zukünftigen Aufgabenbereiche Sie betreiben, verwalten und entwickeln unsere Windows-11 Client-Plattform mit Config Manager und Microsoft Intune kontinuierlich weiter. Sie planen, paketieren, testen und verteilen Softwarelösungen effizient und zuverlässig. Sie automatisieren Prozesse mit PowerShell und tragen aktiv zur Standardisierung und Optimierung unserer Abläufe bei. Sie bauen Client-Infrastrukturen auf, betreiben diese und realisieren Migrationen sowie Weiterentwicklungen. Sie unterstützen unsere Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und sorgen für eine schnelle, lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Incidents. Sie arbeiten aktiv in ITIL-Prozessen mit (Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Configuration und Capacity Management). Sie stehen dem Business bei Fragen rund um Server und Datenbanken kompetent zur Seite. Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Plattformentwickler/in, Informatiker/in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Umfeld. Sie begeistern sich für moderne Workplace-Technologien und verfolgen Trends sowie Entwicklungen im Client-Umfeld mit Interesse. Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind flexibel und schätzen eine offene, kollaborative Arbeitsweise. Sie denken analytisch und vernetzt, erfassen komplexe Situationen rasch und entwickeln nachhaltige Lösungen. Sie überzeugen durch strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz - auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen. Sie bringen erste Führungserfahrung mit und haben die Motivation, Verantwortung in einer Führungsrolle zu übernehmen. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Plattform-Themen und treiben Automatisierungen proaktiv voran. Sie kommunizieren klar, adressatengerecht und serviceorientiert mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
