IT / System Engineer 100% (m/w/d) #

Wir wenden uns für diese Position an eine Fachperson mit praktischer Erfahrung. Sie sind begeisterungsfähig und motiviert, durch Ihre selbständige und qualitativ hochwertige Arbeitsweise unsere Firma zu unterstützen und einen Schritt weiterzubringen.

Was Sie bei uns bewegen

  • Einrichtung, Betrieb und Wartung von VPN-Verbindungen (OpenSense/Fortinet) für die sichere Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
  • Analyse und Behebung von Netzwerk- und VPN-Störungen in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
  • Auslegen und Umsetzen von Netzwerken innerhalb der Kundenumgebungen
  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme unserer Software über Fernwartung oder beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Dokumentation der implementierten Netzwerk- und VPN-Setups
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Supportprozesse
  • Globale Zusammenarbeit mit Remote Support- und Software Team
  • Aufbau und Unterhalt interner Testnetzwerke

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Dipl. Techniker/in HF-Informatik oder Elektrotechnik
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit VPN-Technologien, idealerweise IPSec/OpenVPN
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewall)
  • Erfahrung mit Windows-Server-Umgebungen und allgemeinen IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Linux-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen in Cybersecurity-Themen sind ein Plus
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken verbunden mit lösungsorientiertem Handeln
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
