Vos futures responsabilités

  • Vous exploitez, gérez et développez continuellement notre plateforme client Windows 11 avec Config Manager et Microsoft Intune.
  • Vous planifiez, empaquetez, testez et déployez des solutions logicielles de manière efficace et fiable.
  • Vous automatisez les processus avec PowerShell et contribuez activement à la standardisation et à l'optimisation de nos procédures.
  • Vous construisez des infrastructures clients, les exploitez et réalisez des migrations ainsi que des évolutions.
  • Vous soutenez nos collaborateurs au support de 1er et 2e niveau et assurez un traitement rapide et orienté solution des incidents.
  • Vous participez activement aux processus ITIL (gestion des incidents, des changements, des mises en production, des problèmes, de la configuration et de la capacité).
  • Vous assistez le business avec compétence sur les questions relatives aux serveurs et bases de données.

Vos compétences et aptitudes

  • Vous disposez d-une formation de développeur de plateformes, informaticien CFC ou d-une qualification comparable dans le domaine IT.
  • Vous êtes passionné par les technologies modernes du poste de travail et suivez avec intérêt les tendances et évolutions dans le domaine client.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe, êtes flexible et appréciez une manière de travailler ouverte et collaborative.
  • Vous pensez de manière analytique et systémique, saisissez rapidement des situations complexes et développez des solutions durables.
  • Vous convainquez par une méthode de travail structurée, une grande autonomie et une forte capacité de résolution de problèmes, même dans des situations exigeantes.
  • Vous avez une première expérience en gestion d-équipe et la motivation à assumer des responsabilités dans un rôle de leadership.
  • Vous prenez en charge les sujets liés à la plateforme et poussez proactivement les automatisations.
  • Vous communiquez clairement, de manière adaptée à votre interlocuteur et orientée service avec différents acteurs.

Langues

Maîtrise courante de l-allemand ou du français à l-oral et à l-écrit. Ainsi qu-une maîtrise parfaite de l-autre langue pour la négociation.
