Als IT System Engineer bist du verantwortlich für den reibungslosen IT\-Betrieb der Infogate AG und unterstützt unsere Kunden und internen Teams als zentrale technische Ansprechperson.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Interner 1st und 2nd Level Supportfür alle Mitarbeitenden – du bist der direkte, unkomplizierte Ansprechpartner bei IT\-Fragen
  • Verantwortung für einenstabilen, performanten und sicheren IT\-Betriebunserer gesamten Infrastruktur
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren IT\-Partnern und der Volaris IT\-Organisation
  • Installation, Migration und Troubleshooting unserer Produkte (Tutoris, e\-Case) bei unseren Kunden
  • Bearbeitung technischer Kundenanfragen und Unterstützung bei der Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
  • Evaluierung und Begleitung der Einführung von neuen Tools
  • Perspektive, DevOps\-Aufgaben wie Buildserver, Code Signing, Versionsverwaltung und Automatisierung zu übernehmen
  • Perspektive, die Überwachung und Umsetzung von Security\-Themen – du hältst unsere Systeme sicher und auf dem neuesten Stand

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Informatiker EFZ in der Fachrichtung Systemtechnik/Plattformentwicklung oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Gefestigte Berufserfahrung im IT System Engineering oder IT\-Support und in der Betreuung von Kundeninstallationen, idealerweise in einem KMU\-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft\-Umgebungen (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure)
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (z.B. VMware, Hyper\-V) und Netzwerk\-Grundlagen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich IT\-Security, Grundkenntnisse in SQL und Erfahrung mit DevOps\-Themen (CI/CD, Scripting, Buildserver, Versionsverwaltung) sind ein Plus
  • Lösungsorientierte, kommunikative und initiative Persönlichkeit mit Lern\- und Entwicklungsbereitschaft – insbesondere die Motivation, dich in Richtung DevOps, Cloud und Security weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
