Aufgaben ##

  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs, inklusive Überwachung, Analyse und Störungsbehebung.
  • Übernahme des 2nd-/3rd-Level-Supports für die Fachapplikationen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft (inkl. Backup, Security und Dokumentation) und von Schnittstellen zwischen Applikationen.
  • Überwachung von Schnittstellen sowie Erstellung und Durchführung von Datenimporten und -exporten.
  • Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Abläufen und Standards.
  • Erarbeiten von Grundlagen und Konzepten für kommende IT-Projekte und Mitarbeit in grösseren IT-Fachprojekten.

Profil ##

  • Höhere Fachschule im Bereich Informatik
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung als IT System Engineer und im IT Support
  • Zertifizierung nach ITIL, Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementmethoden (Hermes)
  • Sehr gute Microsoft Datenbank- und Serverkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung ist von Vorteil
