Arbeitsort: Degersheim Pensum: 60-100% Aufgaben: Engineering, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur Design, Implementierung und Betrieb von Plattformen im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows Server, Entra ID, 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune) Betrieb und Lifecycle Management unserer unserer Server-, Virtualisierungs-, Storage-, Netzwerk- und Backup-Infrastruktur (VMware, Fortinet, Veeam) Mitgestaltung der technischen Zielarchitektur sowie Evaluation und Einführung neuer Technologien und Plattformen Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Sicherheit und Betrieb unserer Systeme Analyse komplexer Störungen sowie nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung (2nd-/3rd-Level-Support) Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsprozesse mittels Skripten und geeigneter Tools Integration neuer Systeme und Services in die bestehende IT-Landschaft Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden sowie technische Dokumentation und Wissensvermittlung Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ (Plattformentwicklung/Systemtechnik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als System Engineer oder System Administrator Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Umfeld Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung, Backup sowie Netzwerk- und Security-Lösungen Erfahrung in der Automatisierung mit PowerShell oder vergleichbaren Skriptsprachen von Vorteil Freude an der Evaluation neuer Technologien sowie an Architektur- und Infrastrukturthemen Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen (F/I) von Vorteil
