Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Planung, Konfiguration, Migration, Installation und Betrieb moderner IT-Infrastrukturen mit Fokus auf Microsoft 365, Azure und hybride Umgebungen
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung von virtuellen Servern, Netzwerken und Telefonielösungen
  • Konfiguration und Betreuung von Netzwerkumgebungen auf Basis von Cisco Meraki
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Support-Anfragen im 2nd und 3rd Level inklusive Analyse, Fehlerbehebung, technischer Beratung und Dokumentation
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Sicherheitslösungen mit Microsoft Defender, Intune und Entra ID Conditional Access
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Daten- und Informationsstrukturen mit Microsoft SharePoint sowie Entwicklung von Backup-, Restore- und Recovery-Konzepten
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei technischen und organisatorischen Themen sowie schrittweise Übernahme zusätzlicher fachlicher Verantwortung

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker:in EFZ Systemtechnik, idealerweise mit IT-Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH sowie mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle im IT System Engineering
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Azure sowie Erfahrung mit hybriden IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Virtualisierung, Netzwerken und moderner IT-Infrastruktur
  • Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security, idealerweise mit Microsoft Defender, Intune und Entra ID
  • Kenntnisse in Softwarepaketierung sowie Erfahrung mit SharePoint, Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung mit Cisco Meraki oder vergleichbaren Netzwerk-Technologien von Vorteil
  • Serviceorientierte, analytische und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative sowie stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Im Besitz des Führerausweises der Kat. B
