Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Technische Gesamtverantwortung für Kundeninfrastrukturen im KMU- und Enterprise-Umfeld
  • Planung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-basierten Server-, Client- und Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Betrieb und Optimierung von Microsoft 365- und hybriden Infrastrukturlösungen
  • Betreuung von Virtualisierungs- und VDI-Plattformen (z. B. Citrix, Horizon, RDS)
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Wartung von Security- und Firewall-Lösungen
  • Durchführung von Wartungen, Systemanalysen und Performance-Optimierungen
  • 3rd-Level-Support bei komplexen Incidents
  • Mitarbeit und technische Leitung in Infrastruktur- und Migrationsprojekten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ Fachrichtung Systemtechnik/Plattformentwicklung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT System Engineering in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Weiterbildungen im Bereich IT-Systemtechnik von Vorteil, z. B. eidg. dipl. ICT-System- und Netzwerktechniker/in, Dipl. Techniker/in HF Informatik oder vergleichbare höhere Fachausbildung
  • Zertifizierungen im Microsoft-Umfeld (z. B. Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365, Windows Server) von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365 und hybriden Cloud-Architekturen
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und VDI-Technologien
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Security-Technologien
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Selbstorganisation sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Im Besitz des Führerausweises der Kat. B
