IT\-Systemadministrator/\-in und Applikationsmanager/\-in (80–100 %) IT\-Verantwortung im produzierenden Unternehmen Unsere Mandantin ist ein in der Agglomeration von Bern ansässiges KMU mit fast hundert Mitarbeitenden. Sie ist Teil einer privaten Firmengruppe und im Bereich Inneneinrichtungen tätig. Dank hoher Kompetenzen in Kundenberatung, Service und einer leistungsfähigen Manufaktur besetzt sie in ihrer Nische eine Spitzenposition. Das Geschäftsmodell ist einmalig und wird durch ein ERP\-System und verschiedene IT\-Applikationen effizient unterstützt. Für die Informatik\-Abteilung suchen wir eine/\-n dienstleistungsorientierte/\-n IT\-Systemadministrator/\-in und Applikationsmanager/\-in (80–100 %) Im Rahmen Ihrer Einführung werden Sie mit dem Unternehmen und den Geschäftsprozessen in den verschiedenen Abteilungen vertraut gemacht. Parallel dazu lernen Sie die externen IT\-Partner und die bestehenden Applikationen kennen. Intern koordinieren Sie die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeitenden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen IT\-Dienstleistungspartner. Es erwarten Sie kurze Entscheidungswege und ein wertschätzendes, unbürokratisches Arbeitsklima mit flachen Hierarchien. Mit der IT\-Verantwortung im Unternehmen rapportieren Sie direkt an die CFO. Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für den Betrieb sowie die laufende Weiterentwicklung der IT\-Systemlandschaft Betreuung, Optimierung und Erweiterung der IT\-Tools, Applikationen und Schnittstellen Koordination und Zuweisung von Aufgaben an die externen IT\-Partner über alle Supportstufen hinweg sowie Sicherstellung des 2nd\-Level\-Supports Leitung und Umsetzung von IT\- und Organisationsprojekten Erstellung und Pflege von Prozess\-, System\- und IT\-Dokumentationen Unterstützung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden bei der Anwendung der IT\-Systeme Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen sowie Funktion als Bindeglied zwischen Business, IT und externen Partnern Verwaltung der IT\-Hardware und der dazugehörigen Infrastruktur Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, beispielsweise als Informatiker/\-in EFZ, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT\-Umfeld, idealerweise als Applikationsmanager/\-in oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, vorzugsweise in einem KMU oder einem Produktionsunternehmen Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen sowie gutes Verständnis für Applikationen, Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse und betriebliche Prozesse Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Netzwerktechnologien und Serveradministration Kenntnisse in CRM\-, Produktions\- oder Infrastrukturprozessen von Vorteil Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Verantwortungsbereitschaft sowie eine dienstleistungsorientierte Hands\-on\-Mentalität Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln, verbunden mit einem geduldigen und anwenderorientierten Auftreten Muttersprache Deutsch oder ösisch mit guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Was Sie bei unserer Mandantin erwartet Einzigartiges Geschäftsmodell beim Marktführer Breites Einsatzgebiet und Möglichkeit, die IT\-Strategie aktiv zu beeinflussen Mitarbeit an zentralen, essenziellen Projekten ab dem ersten Arbeitstag Wertschätzender Umgang und kurze Wege über alle Hierarchiestufen Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen mit ausserordentlicher Ferien\- und Pensionskassenregelung Einkaufsvergünstigungen bei allen Schwestergesellschaften Bitte rufen Sie uns für eine unverbindliche Vorabklärung an oder senden Sie uns eine E\-Mail.
