Unser Standort in Münchenstein (BL) liegt nur wenige Minuten von der deutschen Grenze entfernt und ist auch für Grenzgänger aus Südbaden sehr gut erreichbar. IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) – ERP, Microsoft 365 & Business Applications

Aufgabenbereich

Business Applikationen / ERP- & LVS-Betrieb •Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs des ERP-Systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (Cloud) - Key User Rolle •Betreuung und Überwachung des Lagerverwaltungssystems (LVS) •Koordination externer Dienstleister bei Updates, Störungen und Anpassungen •Durchführung von Systemupdates, Backups und regelmäßigen Funktionsprüfungen •Anwenderunterstützung (2nd-Level-Support) für ERP- und LVS-Anwender •Dokumentation von Prozessen, Störungen und Systemkonfigurationen

B2B Webshop & PIM •Sicherstellung des laufenden technischen Betriebs des B2B Webshops (Magento 2) und Zusammenspiel mit PIM •Koordination externer Dienstleister bei Updates und Anpassungen

Microsoft 365 & allgemeine IT •Gruppenübergreifende Administration von Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) •Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Lizenzen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien •Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei IT-Fragen im Tagesgeschäft •Mitarbeit bei IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzmaßnahmen

Infrastruktur & Endgeräte •Lifecycle-Management von Clients, mobilen Endgeräten, Scannern und Druckern •Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software •Betreuung der Netzwerk- und Kommunikationsinfrastruktur •Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung

Profil

Fachliche Qualifikationen •Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation •Erfahrung im Betrieb von ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics Business Central •Grundkenntnisse in Lagerverwaltungssystemen •Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement & Prozessmanagement

Persönliche Fähigkeiten •Freude und Leidenschaft für ein breites Themenspektrum und daran, Geschäftsprozesse zu verstehen und gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen kontinuierlich zu verbessern. •Problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise •Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit Hands on Mentalität •Hohe Service- und Anwenderorientierung •Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein •Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern •Offenheit gegenüber KI-gestützten Arbeitsweisen und Interesse, moderne Technologien zur Optimierung von Prozessen einzusetzen (KI Mindset)
