Die KMU Informatikpartner AG ist eine etablierte, ambitionierte Informatikfirma in Jegenstorf mit einem breiten Tätigkeitsfeld. Nebst der gesamten Systemtechnik unserer Muttergesellschaft KMU Partner Group AG ( ) betreuen wir zahlreiche kleinere Unternehmungen umfassend, unterstützen unsere Kunden in der Digitalisierung und vertreiben und betreuen Software. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir dich \- einen jüngeren, versierten, umsetzungsstarken IT\-Systemtechniker (m/w) mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung.

IT\-Systemtechniker (m/w) =========================

Dein Aufgabengebiet – abwechslungsreich

  • Support für Systemverantwortliche (extern) und Enduser (intern und extern)
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Servern, Netzwerken und Firewalls
  • Lösung von Hard\- und Softwareproblemen, Fehlerbehebung
  • Monitoring und Betrieb der Netzwerkumgebung, sicherstellen störungsfreier Betrieb
  • Implementierung und Verwaltung von IT\-Sicherheitsmassnahmen
  • Bewirtschaftung unseres Ticketsystems (zu üblichen Arbeitszeiten)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teammitgliedern zur Verbesserung der IT\-Infrastruktur

Dein Profil – gute Informatik\-Skills, konstruktiv, umgänglich

  • Systemtechniker EFZ (oder gleichwertig) mit einigen Jahren Erfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet
  • Motiviert, verantwortungsbewusst, schätzt den Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Exakte, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise, Dienstleistungsdenken
  • Teamfähig, zuverlässig, mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
