AKSA ist ein wachsendes Schweizer KMU im technischen Projekt\- und Servicegeschäft. Wir setzen komplexe technische Lösungen um – und stehen mitten in der digitalen Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme und Prozesse. Zur Nachfolge in unserer IT übernehmen Sie eine Rolle mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum.

Wir suchen einen echten Allrounder: jemanden, der den IT\-Support und den laufenden Betrieb genauso selbstverständlich übernimmt wie Digitalisierungsprojekte eigenständig vorantreibt – und der unsere Systemlandschaft als Ganzes versteht.

Ihre Mission

Sie sind unser Allrounder in der IT: genauso selbstverständlich übernehmen Sie den IT\-Support und den laufenden Betrieb wie Sie unsere Digitalisierung eigenständig vorantreiben – von der Idee bis zur wirtschaftlichen Umsetzung – und technologische Entscheidungen fundiert bewerten, statt nur Kosten oder nur Trends zu folgen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie stellen den IT\-Support und den laufenden Betrieb zuverlässig sicher
  • Sie verantworten unsere zentralen Systeme (SAP Business One, Microsoft 365, weitere Fachanwendungen) und sorgen dafür, dass sie sauber zusammenspielen \- zusammen mit unseren spezialisierten IT Dienstleistern.
  • Sie treiben unsere Digitalisierungsprojekte voran – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung, realistisch geplant und wirtschaftlich sauber umgesetzt
  • Sie übernehmen die Microsoft 365\-Administration selbst – schnell, unkompliziert, ohne Umweg über externe Dienstleister
  • Sie steuern unsere externen IT\- und Beratungspartner fachlich und wirtschaftlich
  • Sie sind Sparringspartner:in der Geschäftsleitung bei technologischen und strategischen Fragen – und bringen eigene, fundierte Einschätzungen ein

Ihr Profil

  • Berufliche Grundbildung EFZ in einem technischen Beruf mit Weiterbildung Richtung Informatik/IT (z. B. Informatiker/in HF, NDS HF Business Engineer oder IT\-Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik), IT Studium, oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen (idealerweise SAP Business One)und Microsoft 365 auf Administrations\-Niveau.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT\-/Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie fundierte Projektmanagement\-Fertigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer IT\-Dienstleister und Berater
  • Realistisches Gespür für Aufwand und Kosten – Sie wissen, wann eine schlanke Lösung reicht
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, hohe Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit und Freude daran, Dinge zu Ende zu bringen
