Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Technische End-to-End-Verantwortung für Workplace-Projekte von der Konzeption über Migration und Implementierung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe in den Betrieb
  • Betrieb, Optimierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Client-, Workplace- und End-User-Computing-Infrastrukturen
  • Konzeption, Integration und Weiterentwicklung von Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops oder Omnissa-Horizon-Umgebungen
  • Administration und Engineering von Microsoft SCCM/MECM inklusive Softwareverteilung, Konfigurationsmanagement und Patch Management
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Endpoint-Management-Lösungen mit Microsoft Intune
  • Umsetzung und Betreuung von Identity- und Access-Management-Lösungen sowie Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten
  • Analyse komplexer Fehlerbilder mittels Logs, Reports und Monitoring-Daten sowie eigenständiges Troubleshooting und nachhaltige Problembehebung
  • Planung und Durchführung von Workplace-Migrationen sowie Verantwortung für technische Dokumentationen, Change Management und Release Management

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ Plattformentwicklung bzw. Systemtechnik; Weiterbildungen wie Dipl. Techniker/in HF Informatik oder BSc Informatik, relevante Microsoft- und/oder Citrix-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Workplace Engineering, Client Engineering, EUC oder System Engineering, idealerweise rund sechs Jahre oder mehr
  • Sehr gute praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Citrix oder Omnissa Horizon, inklusive eigenständiger Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung produktiver Umgebungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareverteilung, Windows Client Management, Konfigurationsmanagement, Patch Management und Client Lifecycle Management
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management oder modernen Workplace-Konzepten ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch komplexe technische Störungen systematisch und selbstständig zu lösen
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude daran, Kunden technisch kompetent zu beraten und Lösungen nachhaltig umzusetzen
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2), sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
  • Im Besitz des Führerausweises Kat. B
