Für verschiedene Partnerinstitutionen im Raum Kerzers suchen wir eine engagierte diplomierte Pflegefachperson, die eine langfristige Perspektive anstrebt und bereit ist, in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld Verantwortung zu übernehmen.Ein Einstieg über Try & Hire bietet die Möglichkeit, das Arbeitsumfeld zuerst kennenzulernen, bevor eine Festanstellung erfolgt. Ihre Aufgaben

- Professionelle Pflegeplanung, -durchführung und -evaluation entlang institutioneller Standards.

- Selbstständige Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Behandlungspflegen wie Infusionstherapien, Medikationsmanagement, klinische Überwachung und Wundbehandlung.

- Situationsgerechte Einschätzung von komplexen Pflegebildern und Ableitung geeigneter Massnahmen.

- Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Medizin, Therapien, Sozialdiensten und Angehörigen zur Sicherstellung einer umfassenden Betreuung.

- Präzise Dokumentation aller Prozesse – Grundlage für Qualitätssicherung und professionelle Stellenvermittlung Kerzers.

- Optionale Übernahme von erweiterten Aufgaben wie Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender, Mitwirkung an Teamkoordination oder Unterstützung in der Führungsstruktur.
