Votre mission : ##

Accompagner les candidat.e.s lors d-entretiens de job coaching

Evaluer l'employabilité des candidat.e.s

Elaborer des dossiers de candidatures efficaces

Mener des actions de prospection et de placement auprès des entreprises

Animer des formations sur différentes thématiques liées à la recherche d-emploi

Utiliser les outils de communication en ligne pour créer ou optimiser un profil adapté

Préparer les candidat.e.s à l-entretien d-embauche

Être l-interface entre les candidat.e.s et les entreprises genevoises

Rédiger des rapports de fin d-accompagnement

Vous possédez : ##

Un diplôme universitaire / formation supérieure

Une expérience pratique à Genève dans le recrutement en agence de placement/en entreprise, ou comme job coach en insertion professionnelle

Une excellente connaissance du tissu économique genevois

Une parfaite maîtrise de la langue française avec une excellente capacité de rédaction

Une grande aisance dans l-utilisation des outils bureautiques usuels

Une très bonne organisation et gestion des priorités

Une grande habileté relationnelle et le sens de l-écoute

Une aisance à vous exprimer en public

Certificat FSEA de formateur.trice d'adultes, un atout

Bonnes connaissances d-anglais (B2), un atout

L-aptitude à vous intégrer rapidement dans une équipe soudée
