Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben im Job Coaching und in der Arbeitsintegration umfassen: ###

  • Bewerbungscoaching und aktive Arbeitsvermittlung in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt, inkl. Fallführung und Berichtswesen
  • Akquirieren von Arbeitsstellen und Ausbau der Vernetzung
  • Sensibilisierung, Beratung und Unterstützung bei Arbeitgebenden
  • Direkte Ansprechperson für IV, RAV und weitere zuweisende Stellen

Weiter gehören folgende Aufgaben zu Ihrer Tätigkeit: ###

  • Einzelberatungen zu den Themen Arbeit und Stellensuche
  • Mitarbeit in der Bewerbungswerkstatt
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Tageskursen
  • Mitarbeit in internen und externen Arbeitsgruppen

Wir wünschen uns eine engagierte Person, die Folgendes mitbringt: ###

  • Qualifizierte Ausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Job Coaching, Arbeitsintegration, Sozialer Arbeit oder Personalvermittlung
  • Kontaktfreude, hohe Sozialkompetenzen und Geduld im Umgang mit Klient\*innen
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit einem Handicap
  • Gute Gebärdensprachkompetenzen oder Bereitschaft, die Deutschschweizer Gebärdensprache zu erlernen
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, selbständige und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Administrative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkompetenzen und gutes Textverständnis
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
