Job Coach / Berater:in Berufliche Integration (80-100%) ##

ab Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Individuelle Begleitung und Beratung von Jugendlichen, jungen Erwachsenen in beruflichen Integrationsprozessen
  • Begleitung im Berufswahlprozess, bei der Lehrstellensuche und während der Erstausbildung
  • Analyse komplexer beruflicher, persönlicher und gesundheitlicher Situationen sowie Entwicklung individueller Integrations- und Zukunftsperspektiven
  • Professionelle Erstellung und Optimierung von Bewerbungsdossiers sowie Vorbereitung auf Vorstellungsgespräche
  • Aktive Akquise von Lehr-, Ausbildungs-, Einsatz- und Arbeitsplätzen sowie gezielte Unterstützung bei der Stellen- und Lehrstellensuche
  • Evaluation geeigneter Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Arbeitgebern, Arbeitnehmer:innen und Lernenden bei Herausforderungen am Ausbildungs- oder Arbeitsplatz
  • Lerncoaching, insbesondere bei schulischen Lücken und Fragen zur Lernorganisation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Therapeut:innen und weiteren behandelnden Fachpersonen
  • Vernetzung, Triage und Zusammenarbeit mit Sozialbehörden, Versicherungen und weiteren Fachstellen
  • Koordination der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und Sicherstellung eines regelmässigen Informationsaustauschs mit den beteiligten Stellen
  • Berichtswesen und selbstständige Falldokumentation
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Coaching- und Integrationsmethoden

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfahrung im Coaching, in der Beratung oder in der beruflichen Integration
  • Von Vorteil ist ein Studium in Sozialer Arbeit, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; Kenntnisse in Case Management
  • Freude an komplexen Fragestellungen und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Beziehungskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Koordinations- und Vernetzungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute organisatorische und administrative Fähigkeiten
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse des Schweizer Sozialversicherungs- und Sozialhilfesystems von Vorteil

Erfahrungen in den Bereichen psychische Gesundheit und Arbeitsintegration sind willkommen, jedoch keine Voraussetzung.
