Die Sozialbetriebe Christuszentrum mit Sitz in Zürich-Altstetten bieten Wohn- und Arbeitsplätze mit Integrationsperspektiven für psychisch beeinträchtigte Menschen an. 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Integration & Sozialdienst suchen wir per 01. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung dich als 

Job Coach (m/w) Arbeitsintegration 60-80 %

In der vielseitigen Aufgabe als Job Coach arbeitest du in einem kleinen Team mit den folgenden Schwerpunkten:

Dein Verantwortungsbereich: 

  • Begleitung von Integrationsmassnahmen intern und extern
  • Begleitung und Coaching von Arbeitnehmenden und Arbeitgebern bei angepassten Arbeitsplätzen im ersten Arbeitsmarkt
  • Intake (angepasste Arbeitsplätze)
  • Akquise inklusive Suche nach Anschlusslösungen
  • Case Management und Falldokumentation 
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden, Ämtern und Versicherungen etc.  

Dein Profil: 

  • Du bist eine kommunikative und integrative Persönlichkeit mit einem Flair für Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Du bringst eine sozialarbeiterische/-pädagogische oder agogische Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Job Coaching mit (Supported Employment von Vorteil)
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Job Coaching und im Begleiten von Menschen in anspruchsvollen Lebenssituationen
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse der Instrumente und Prozesse der Invalidenversicherung (IV) mit, insbesondere im Bereich der beruflichen Eingliederung
  • Du hast einen persönlichen Bezug zum christlichen Glauben
  • Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Unternehmen, Fachpersonen, Behörden und Kostenträgern
  • Dich zeichnen ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Coaching- und Vernetzungskompetenzen aus
  • Du hast eine ressourcen- und lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung sowie die Fähigkeit, Menschen zu motivieren und zu befähigen
  • Du schätzt eine selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
