Job Coach / Stellenvermittler 60 % Die SANTIS Training AG bietet im Auftrag der Invalidenversicherung (IV) und der Arbeitslosenversicherung (ALV) an fünf Standorten in der Deutschschweiz praxisnahe Programme zur beruflichen Integration an. Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen nachhaltig beim (Wieder\-)Einstieg in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt zu unterstützen. Für unseren Standort Oensingen suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Job Coach / Stellenvermittler/in. In dieser Funktion begleiten und unterstützen Sie IV\-versicherte Jugendliche und Erwachsene aktiv bei der Stellensuche. Sie sind verantwortlich für die gezielte Akquisition von Praktikums\- und Arbeitsplätzen und arbeiten eng mit Unternehmen zusammen, um nachhaltige Integrationslösungen zu schaffen. Ihre Aufgaben: Akquisition und Vermittlung von Praktikums\- und Arbeitsplätzen im Kanton Solothurn und den umliegenden Regionen Coaching unserer Teilnehmenden bei der Stellensuche Betreuung der Firmen und der Praktikums\-Teilnehmenden Regelmässige Standortgespräche, auch vor Ort in den Einsatzbetrieben Netzwerkaufbau und \-betreuung von Firmen Fallbezogene Administration und Berichterstattung Ihr Profil: Leistungsausweis als Job Coach oder Stellenvermittler/\-in mit sehr guten Arbeitsmarkt\-, HR\- oder Sozialversicherungskenntnissen Erfahrung in der Akquisition von Einsatzplätzen und/oder Arbeitsstellen sowie gute Vernetzung in der Wirtschaft Hohe Überzeugungskraft, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Gewinnende, teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit einer guten Mischung aus hoher Sozialkompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen Sehr gute PC\-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Jobportale und Social Media) PKW von Vorteil Worauf können Sie sich freuen?
