VISIO COACHING begleitet seit 15 Jahren im Auftrag der IV Nordwestschweiz Menschen individuell auf ihrem Weg zurück in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt. Im Zentrum steht dabei die Förderung fachlicher, sozialer und methodischer Kompetenzen.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale im Jobcoaching und Training unserer Teilnehmenden:

  • Jobcoaching: Standortbestimmungen durchführen, Persönlichkeitsprofile erstellen und Selbstvermarktung stärken
  • Netzwerk \& Akquisition: Aktive Akquisition von Arbeitsplätzen oder Arbeitseinsätzen – unter Nutzung Ihres bestehenden Netzwerks und dem Aufbau neuer Kontakte in der Wirtschaft
  • Beratung \& Begleitung: Planung und Durchführung von Einzeltrainings zur Stärkung der persönlichen Kompetenzen unserer Teilnehmenden. Individuelle Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Fach\-, Methoden\- und Selbstkompetenzen.
  • Workshops \& Gruppenaktivitäten: Vorbereitung und Durchführung wöchentlicher Workshops zu unterschiedlichen Themen sowie Begleitung und Durchführung weiterer Gruppenaktivitäten.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsintegration, in der Ausbildung, im HR\-, Eingliederungs\-, Beratungs\- oder Sozialversicherungsbereich
  • Weiterbildung auf Stufe Fachausweis, CAS oder vergleichbar in Personalmanagement, Integration, Coaching oder Führung (z. B. HR\-Fachfrau, Ausbildnerin, betriebliche Mentorin, Fachfrau Jobcoaching, Fachfrau für Arbeitsintegration)
  • SVEB 1 (Zertifikat Kursleiterin)
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Bereitschaft, sich zukünftig zur fallführenden Coachin weiterzuentwickeln
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Belastbarkeit, Organisationstalent und die nötige Gelassenheit im Alltag
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung, Reflextionsfähigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen mit einer Prise Humor
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie ein versierter Umgang mit MS\-Office und weiteren PC\-Anwendungen
