Der Kompetenzbereich Soziokulturelle Mandate bietet im Auftrag mehrerer Gemeinden und privater Institutionen professionelle Kinder- und Jugendanimation an. Gemeinsam mit Kindern und Jugendlichen setzen wir Projekte und Angebote für die Kinder-/Jugendförderung um.

Per 01. August 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Dich als Jugendarbeiter\*in 60%

Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Fachliche Leitung und Koordination, inkl. Sicherstellen der Präsenzen und Aktivitäten innerhalb des angeschlossenen Mandates Kinder- und Jugendanimation Birmenstorf
  • Bedürfnisorientierte Gestaltung von Freizeit- und Bildungsangeboten für Kinder und Jugendliche
  • Begleitung und Durchführung von partizipativen Projekten und Events
  • Sicherstellen der Vernetzung, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Kommunikation mit allen Anspruchsgruppen und politischen Gremien
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Konzeption von Projekten und Angeboten
  • Selbständige Erfassung, Auswertung und Berichterstattung der geleisteten Arbeit
  • Mitarbeit in der Jugendarbeit an der Schule Burghalde der Stadt Baden
  • Mitarbeit im Mittagstreff im Quartier Turgi der Stadt Baden 

Dein Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit (HF oder FH), vorzugsweise in Soziokultureller Animation (HF oder FH), oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kinder- und Jugendanimation, Leitungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen, eigenverantwortlichen und verantwortungsvollen Planung und Umsetzung von Angeboten und Projekten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, gute Auftrittskompetenz und ausgeprägtes Rollenbewusstsein
  • Organisationstalent und Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten und Wochenendarbeit
