Deine Aufgaben

Kundenbetreuung \& Vertrieb

  • Betreuung eines Portfolios von mittelgrossen Firmenkunden
  • Beratung zu unserem gesamten Sortiment \- von Produkten über Services bis hin zu individuellen Dienstleistungen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Einstandspreisanfragen bei Herstellern und Lieferanten sowie Preisverhandlungen je nach Situation
  • Kalkulation von Verkaufspreisen und Versand der Angebote an Kunden
  • Aktive Nutzung \& aktive Pflege von ERP und CRM

Teamunterstützung \& Koordination

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei administrativen und koordinativen Aufgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Projektteams zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder eine hohe Motivation, sich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der IT\-Branche
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an lösungsorientierter Beratung
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative
