Nous sommes une société commerciale située dans le canton de Vaud, en Suisse.

Nous recherchons un Comptable Junior très autonome qui jouera un rôle clé pour garantir l'exactitude, l'intégrité et la conformité des registres financiers. Ce poste gère les opérations comptables quotidiennes, les processus de clôture trimestrielle et annuelle et aide à la préparation de l'audit dans un environnement dynamique de scale-up manufacturière.

 

Responsabilités ##

 

En tant que Comptable Junior, vos principales responsabilités incluront :

  • Opérations comptables : factures SG & A, factures commerciales, relevés bancaires, saisie des contrats forex et futures, diverses écritures liées aux opérations commerciales
  • Trésorerie : paiement des factures et suivi des devises sur nos différents comptes
  • Gérer les processus complets des comptes fournisseurs et clients
  • Assurer la communication pertinente avec tous les intervenants externes et internes
  • Maintenir l'intégrité du grand livre à chaque date donnée
  • Gérer la classification correcte des dépenses et l'allocation des coûts
  • Aider aux processus de clôture trimestrielle et annuelle, y compris l'audit annuel
  • Préparation des déclarations de TVA et de retenue à la source
  • Renforcer les processus comptables et les contrôles internes

 

Qualifications ##

 

Nous recherchons des candidats répondant aux qualifications suivantes :

  • CFC d'employé commercial ou formation alternative dans un domaine connexe
  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience
  • Une expérience dans le commerce est un atout important
  • Forte motivation pour améliorer et automatiser les processus comptables
  • Esprit d'équipe avec les autres départements
  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement international
  • Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais
  • Logiciels : Maîtrise de Fintrade (ou ERP similaire) est un atout important. Compétences avancées en Excel requises

Compétences comportementales :

  • Haut niveau d'autonomie et de rigueur
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles pour gérer les échéances quotidiennes, mensuelles et trimestrielles
  • Solides compétences analytiques pour les tâches de rapprochement et de suivi
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les courtiers et les départements internes
