Junior Aussendiensmitarbeiter/in B2B 50\-100% (w, m, d) =======================================================

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du unterstützt unsere Aussendienstmitarbeitenden im Markt der Hotels/Gastronomiebetriebe, Altersheime, Kliniken und weiteren Institutionen. Insbesondere bist du zuständig für den Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen und die Akquisition neuer Kunden.
  • Vereinzelte Kunden betreust du selbstständig. Hier hast du ein grosses Entwicklungspotential.
  • Du entwickelst den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Du setzt unsere Marketing\- und Kommunikationsstrategie um und entwickelst diese weiter, inkl. der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des CRM\-Systems (Kontakte, Leads, Aktivitäten).

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder textilbezogene Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Verkauf oder Aussendienst
  • Freude an der Neukundenakquise und daran, aktiv auf potenzielle Kundinnen und Kunden zuzugehen
  • Sicheres, sympathisches und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt
  • Selbstständige, flexible und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit dem Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Grundkenntnisse im Marketing und CRM sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Microsoft\-Anwendungen
  • Affinität für Textilien und hochwertige Produkte oder die Motivation, dir dieses Wissen anzueignen
  • Ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität und Freude daran, in einem KMU mitzugestalten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; ösisch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind von grossem Vorteil
  • Offene, flexible und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Service\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Motivation, Neues zu lernen, eigene Ideen einzubringen und Verkaufsprozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
