Über uns

Unser à la carte Restaurant in Sportzentrum Arena Klosters verbindet klassische Küche mit asiatischen Einflüssen. Mit einem kleinen Team (2-3 Personen) setzen wir auf effiziente Systemgastronomie-Prozesse für schnellen, konstanten Service. Wir expandieren: Unser aktueller Chefkoch übernimmt einen zweiten Standort, weil das Restaurant hier so gut läuft. Für die Nachfolge suchen wir eine motivierte Nachwuchskraft, die unsere bestehenden Prozesse übernimmt und weiterentwickelt.

Deine Chance

Keine klassische Chefkoch-Stelle ab Tag eins, sondern eine echte Entwicklungsmöglichkeit: Unser aktueller Chefkoch mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung in der Branche schult dich persönlich ein und begleitet dich mehrere Monate. Schritt für Schritt übernimmst du die volle Küchenleitung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Allrounder
  • Unterstützung und schrittweise Übernahme der Küchenleitung
  • Zubereitung unserer europäischen Gerichte
  • Nach Einarbeitung: Teamführung (2-3 Pers.), Bestellwesen, Wareneinsatzkontrolle
  • Qualität, Hygiene (HACCP) und effiziente Abläufe sicherstellen
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Küchenprozesse und Standards
  • Mitgestaltung der Speisekarte

Dein Profil

  • Koch/Köchin EFZ, 1-4 Jahre Erfahrung, idealerweise à la carte (Auch Lehrabgänger willkommen)
  • Freude an europäischer und asiatischer Küche
  • Ambition zur Entwicklung Richtung Chefkoch/Chefköchin
  • Teamfähig, zuverlässig, qualitätsbewusst
  • Affinität für strukturierte, effiziente Abläufe
  • Viel Motivation und Durchhaltevermögen
  • Leidenschaft zum Kochen
