Votre domaine d'action

  • Dans le Corporate Housekeeping, vous préparez les décisions des actionnaires et du conseil d'administration, soutenez les mutations au registre du commerce et entretenez la documentation juridique de la société
  • Vous contribuez au développement de notre système de gestion de la conformité et prenez en charge de manière autonome de petits sujets de conformité
  • Vous effectuez de manière autonome les contrôles des partenaires commerciaux et traitez les demandes internes de conformité, par exemple concernant les invitations et les cadeaux
  • Vous concevez et réalisez des formations pratiques et des mesures de sensibilisation, renforçant ainsi la culture de conformité
  • Vous participez à la numérisation et à la standardisation des processus de gouvernance d'entreprise et soutenez le développement des solutions LegalTech et IA

Ce que vous apportez

  • Vous avez terminé des études de droit ou une formation comparable et acquis une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la conformité
  • La conformité et les questions juridiques d'entreprise vous intéressent ; vous souhaitez vous développer professionnellement et assumer la responsabilité de vos propres sujets
  • Un travail structuré, fiable et autonome ainsi qu-une gestion soigneuse des informations confidentielles sont pour vous une évidence
  • Vous transmettez des directives complexes de manière compréhensible, pratique et adaptée au destinataire
  • Vous maîtrisez l-allemand avec aisance et utilisez couramment l-anglais dans votre travail quotidien
  • Vous êtes à l-aise avec le numérique et aimez travailler avec des outils, des données et des flux de travail ; les applications LegalTech et IA vous intéressent
