Wir suchen eine engagierte, motivierte Person als: Junior Concierge

Das bringst du mit

  • Berufserfahrung im gehobenen Hospitality Bereich von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Ausgeprägte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit hoher Serviceorientierung, professionellem Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen
  • Organisationstalent und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch in hektischen Situationen, kombiniert mit einem hohen Mass an Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Liebe zum Detail sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit vertraulichen Gästeinformationen
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere Microsoft Office; Erfahrung mit Opera oder vergleichbaren Hotel-Systemen ist von Vorteil. Kenntnisse der Destination Andermatt und des Schweizer Tourismus sind ein Plus

Das gestaltest du bei uns

  • Du empfängst unsere Gäste persönlich und kümmerst dich aufmerksam und professionell um ihre Anliegen – ganz im Sinne unserer Servicestandards
  • Organisation von Restaurantreservationen, Aktivitäten, Ausflügen, Ski- und Golf-Arrangements, Transfers und weiteren individuellen Gästewünschen
  • Unterstützung bei An- und Abreisen, Koordination der Gepäckassistenz mit dem Valet-Team sowie Begleitung der Gäste auf ihr Zimmer bei Bedarf
  • Sorgfältige Bearbeitung von Reservationen, Gästedaten, E-Mails und telefonischen Anfragen sowie zuverlässige Dokumentation und Nachbearbeitung
  • Du kennst Andermatt und die Region immer besser und hältst dich über Restaurants, Veranstaltungen, Bergbahnen, Aktivitäten und saisonale Angebote auf dem Laufenden. Gleichzeitig pflegst du den Kontakt zu lokalen Partnern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen sowie Sicherstellung unserer Forbes Five-Star- und Leading Hotels of the World-Standards
