Als Teil unseres BEMEA Finance Teams unterstützt du das Management von Bossard Europe, Middle East & Africa (BEMEA) bei der Erreichung der strategischen und operativen Ziele. Dabei bewegst du dich an der Schnittstelle von Controlling, Datenanalyse und Digitalisierung und übernimmst eigenständig vielfältige Aufgaben und Projekte in einem internationalen Umfeld. Deine Aufgaben Erstellung von Analysen, Kennzahlen, Forecasts und Management-Reports als Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management von BEMEA Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Unterstützung des Konzernreportings nach Swiss GAAP FER Durchführung von Financial Reviews, Abweichungsanalysen und Mitarbeit im internen Kontrollsystem (IKS) sowie Risk Management Unterstützung und Beratung unserer internationalen Tochtergesellschaften in finanziellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen Mitarbeit in internationalen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie Übernahme von Teilprojektverantwortung Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Reporting-, Analyse- und Controlling-Prozessen mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung, Datenverarbeitung und Business Analytics Dein Anforderungsprofil Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (FH/Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Finance oder Controlling Erste Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld sowie fundierte Kenntnisse finanzwirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge und Bilanzsicherheit Hohe IT-Affinität und Begeisterung für Datenverarbeitung, Business Analytics, Digitalisierung und Prozessautomatisierung Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint); Erfahrung mit Power BI, Power Apps sowie Microsoft Dynamics 365 von Vorteil Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Analytische, neugierige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit selbstständiger Arbeitsweise, hoher Lernbereitschaft sowie Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten innerhalb Europas (ca. 10-20 %) Du möchtest dein Finanzwissen mit modernen Technologien verbinden und die Digitalisierung im Controlling aktiv mitgestalten?
