Als Teil des Teams trägst du zur Entwicklung, zum Betrieb und zur Weiterentwicklung unseres KI-gestützten, agentenbasierten Produkts bei, das Erkenntnisse aus Systemen im Unternehmensmassstab liefert.

  • Entwickle, erstelle und pflege skalierbare Datendienste, Cloud-Infrastruktur, KI-Agenten und Plattformkomponenten
  • Trage zur Automatisierung der Infrastruktur, zu CI/CD-Prozessen und zu -Infrastructure-as-Code--Initiativen bei
  • Verbessere die Systemzuverlässigkeit, Beobachtbarkeit, Leistung, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit plattformweit
  • Arbeite mit den Engineering- und Datenteams zusammen, um moderne KI-/Datentechnologien zu erforschen und zur Verbesserung der Plattformarchitektur beizutragen

Deine Skills ##

  • Erfahrung mit Software-Engineering-Praktiken, REST-APIs und Authentifizierungs-/Autorisierungsabläufen
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. Deutsch oder Französisch sind von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für Cloud-Plattformen und Infrastructure-as-Code-Tools wie AWS CloudFormation oder CDK
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines, DevOps-Praktiken sowie operativer Überwachung und Protokollierung
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in Python und SQL sowie Vertrautheit mit Data-Engineering-Konzepten, KI-/LLM-Anwendungen oder GitOps
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
  • Problemlösungsorientiertes Denken mit Fokus auf operative Qualität
  • Proaktive Einstellung und die Fähigkeit, bei Bedarf selbstständig zu arbeiten
  • Neugier und die Bereitschaft, neue Technologien und Ansätze zu erlernen
