  • Collaborazione nella preparazione dei lavori (AVOR) e supporto nella gestione operativa di cantieri complessi o di più progetti di piccole dimensioni
  • Supporto al responsabile di cantiere nella gestione tecnica, nella pianificazione degli impieghi e nel coordinamento del personale di cantiere
  • Collaborazione per garantire l-esecuzione dei progetti nel rispetto delle scadenze, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi
  • Supporto nel garantire la sicurezza sul lavoro e il rispetto di tutte le disposizioni vigenti
  • Persona di riferimento per la committenza e per le parti coinvolte nel progetto, in accordo con il responsabile di cantiere
  • Collaborazione attiva nella contabilizzazione continua delle prestazioni
  • Partecipazione all-individuazione, alla segnalazione e alla negoziazione delle prestazioni supplementari (gestione supplementi contrattuali)
  • Supporto nel controllo continuo dei costi e nel monitoraggio del budget, incluso il reporting mensile
  • Verifica delle fatture di fornitori e subappaltatori, nonché gestione dei relativi ordini
  • Collaborazione nella gestione del progetto fino alla sua conclusione, inclusa la relativa documentazione
  • Supporto nella preparazione e nell-aggiornamento continuo dei programmi di costruzione e nella pianificazione delle risorse (personale, macchinari e materiali)
  • Collaborazione nell-elaborazione delle offerte (pianificazione delle fasi di costruzione, richieste di materiale e calcoli dei costi)

Il tuo profilo ##

  • Formazione completata - o in corso - nel ramo delle costruzioni (ad es. direttore dei lavori, capo cantiere con formazione complementare, tecnico SSS o qualifica equivalente)
  • Prima esperienza pratica nel settore dell-edilizia, idealmente in ambito ferroviario
  • Interesse per la gestione dei progetti, dei processi di costruzione e la preventivazione
  • Conoscenze di base in materia di liquidazioni, contabilizzazione e amministrazione di cantiere
  • Disponibilità ad assumersi la responsabilità di piccoli cantieri
  • Buone capacità organizzative e metodo di lavoro strutturato
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, volontà di apprendere e affidabilità
  • Buone conoscenze applicative di MS Office
  • Consapevolezza delle norme di sicurezza sui cantieri
  • Buona conoscenza del tedesco, sia scritto che parlato; la conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un vantaggio
