Als Junior Gebietsleiter/in Housekeeping (m/w) bist du die wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Unternehmen und unseren Hotelkunden in der Region Zürich. In dieser spannenden Doppelfunktion übernimmst du sowohl die Führung und Koordination unserer Housekeeping\-Teams als auch die direkte operative Einsatzleitung vor Ort. So sammelst du vielseitige Erfahrungen, entwickelst dich fachlich und persönlich weiter und trägst entscheidend dazu bei, unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen und unseren Service kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Deine Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei der Führung und Koordination des Teams, bestehend aus Housekeeping Managern, Floor Supervisor und Room Maid an mehreren Standorten. Organisation und Überwachung der Reinigungsabläufe in unseren Hotelobjekten. Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung von Budget\- und Vertragsvorgaben. Aktive Mitgestaltung und Verbesserung interner Prozesse sowie Qualitätsstandards. Verantwortung für die tägliche Einsatzleitung vor Ort im Housekeeping\-Bereich. Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im täglichen Betrieb. Begleitung und Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender. Durchführung von Schulungen und Briefings zur Förderung des Teams. Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitenden. Stellvertretung der Housekeeping Manager bei Abwesenheiten. Qualitätskontrolle der Gästezimmer. Deine Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotellerie, Reinigung, Facility Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil. Berufserfahrung in der Reinigungsbranche. Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden wünschenswert. Sicheres, gepflegtes Auftreten und hohe Kundenorientierung. Motivierte, einsatzfreudige Persönlichkeit, welche sich selbständiges Arbeiten gewohnt ist. Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen am Wochenende oder in Randzeiten. Organisationstalent, Dienstleistungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke. Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln.
