HR Business Partner/in (m/w/d) ==============================

  • Unterstützung der vier HR Business Partnerinnen durch situative oder dauerhafte Übernahme von Aufgaben und Dossiers
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Rekrutierungen sowie Mitarbeit in weiteren HR\-Prozessen
  • Beratung und Begleitung der Führungskräfte in sämtlichen Situationen der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Beratung der Mitarbeitenden in HR Belangen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Personalamt (HR Services und Support, HR Kompetenz\-Center, HR IT)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des HRM
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Studium, mit höherer Aus\-/Weiterbildung im HRM (FH, HF, CAS)
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion (mit Rekrutierung)
  • Gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen und stilsichere Kommunikation auf allen Stufen
  • Vernetztes, pragmatisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
  • Strukturierte, verbindliche und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Empathische, teamorientierte, hilfsbereite und authentische Persönlichkeit mit einer positiven Grundhaltung
