Unser Portfolio umfasst zahlreiche Wohn\- und Geschäftshäuser, vorwiegend in den Wirtschaftszentren Zürich und Genf, die wir mit hoher Fachkompetenz und Engagement verwalten. Junior\-Immobilienbewirtschafter 100% (m/w/d) -------------------------------------------------

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

In einer gut strukturierten Immobilienbewirtschaftung arbeiten Sie in einem Team und bewirtschaften selbständig ein anspruchsvolles und spannendes Portfolio von Wohn\- und Gewerbeliegenschaften in der Stadt Zürich bzw. näheren Agglomeration. Dabei rapportieren Sie an die Teamleitung. Bei dieser verantwortungsvollen, interessanten, vielseitigen und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Hauseigentümern, Mietern, Mietinteressenten, Handwerkern und anderen Stakeholdern.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen bereits über erste Erfahrungen in der Bewirtschaftung eines eigenen Portfolios und kennen die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen.
  • Sie sind verhandlungssicher und verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Bereich des Mietrechts und des Immobilienmarktes.
  • Sie sind dienstleistungsorientiert, engagiert, belastbar und begeisterungsfähig.
  • Eine selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Sie besitzen ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und denken unternehmerisch.
  • Sie verfügen über einen sicheren Umgang mit Office 365 und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Immobilienbewirtschaftungssoftware GaraioRem.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie verfügen über einen Führerausweis der Kategorie B.
