Ihre Aufgaben: - Du bewirtschaftest mit Unterstützung des Teamleiters ein eigenes Liegenschaftenportefeuille, bestehend aus Wohn- und Gewerbeliegenschaften, mit sämtlichen damit verbundenen Aufgaben (Liegenschaftenunterhalt, Mietvertragswesen usw.) - Wiedervermietung der Objekte inkl. Aufschalten der Inserate, Prüfen der Anmeldungen - Durchführung von Wohnungsbesichtigungen und ?Abnahmen sowie Übergaben - Du stellst eine kundenorientierte Dienstleistung sicher und betreust die gesamte Mieterschaft - Du führst Hauswarte und koordinierst HandweRker und sorgst so für gepflegte, gut unterhaltene Liegenschaften - Du unterstützt bei Sanierungsprojekten

Ihr Profil:- - Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung - Berufserfahrung im Bereich Immobilienbewirtschaftung - Sie bringen allenfalls die Ausbildung als Assistent/in Bewirtschaftung Mietliegenschaften mit und hast die Absicht die Weiterbildung zum eidg. dipl. Immobilienbewirtschafter/-in zu absolvieren - Sie sind unternehmerisch denkend, qualitätsbewusst, übernehmen gerne Verantwortung - Sie arbeiten gerne selbständig und exakt
