Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Du betreust und betreibst ICT-Infrastrukturen für Kunden im KMU-Umfeld.
  • Du analysierst und löst technische Anliegen im Service Desk und im erweiterten Support.
  • Du unterstützt System Engineers und Projektteams bei Kundenprojekten.
  • Du übernimmst eigene kleinere technische Projekte und setzt diese zuverlässig um.
  • Du arbeitest mit modernen ICT-, Cloud- und Infrastrukturtechnologien.
  • Du dokumentierst Systeme, Änderungen und Kundenumgebungen sauber und nachvollziehbar.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung technischer Standards und Best Practices.
  • Du bringst dein technisches Wissen bei Offerten, Konzepten und kundenspezifischen Lösungen ein.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ, Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung/Systemtechnik
  • Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im ICT-Umfeld mit, vorzugsweise bei einem IT-Dienstleister.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Betrieb, Support oder der Weiterentwicklung von Kundeninfrastrukturen.
  • Du interessierst dich für System Engineering, Cloud-Lösungen, Microsoft-Technologien und moderne ICT-Architekturen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und mit hoher technischer Genauigkeit.
  • Du kannst Kundenanliegen aufnehmen, einordnen und professionell bearbeiten.
  • Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du willst langfristig vom operativen Support stärker in Richtung Engineering, Projekte oder Cloud wachsen.
  • Du sprichst stilsicheres Deutsch (C2) sowie sehr gutes Englisch (B2)
  • Du bist im Besitz des Führerausweises der Kategorie B
