Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Businesskunden als zentrale Ansprechperson für sämtliche IT-Anliegen
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Supportanfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem First-Level-Team
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch strukturierte Kommunikation und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Bereitstellung und Betreuung von Services aus Rechenzentrums-, Microsoft-365- und Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Begleitung von Kundenprojekten in enger Abstimmung mit Technik- und Vertriebsteams
  • Koordination mit externen Partnern und internen Fachbereichen
  • Selbstständige Organisation und Priorisierung des eigenen Aufgabenbereichs

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ (idealerweise Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung oder Systemtechnik)
  • 1 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung nach Ausbildungsabschluss in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Server-Umgebungen, Microsoft 365 und Cloud-Technologien
  • Strukturierte, analytische und prozessorientierte Denkweise
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
  • Organisationsstärke und Freude an Koordinationstätigkeiten
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
