Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Hard- und Software
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Performance der Systeme
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Durchführung von Fehleranalysen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung spannender IT-Projekte
  • Dokumentation und Pflege der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Unterstützung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abschluss als Informatiker/in Systemtechnik EFZ oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 bis 4 Jahre Erfahrung als System Engineer oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Umgebungen (Client-/Server inkl. MS Exchange) sowie VMware vSphere/Horizon
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Mobile Device Management
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Dienstleistungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Flexibilität und Eigenverantwortung
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-, Server- und Betriebssystemen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Belastbarkeit
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
