Als Kundenbetreuer:in IT\-Infrastruktur bist du erste Ansprechperson für die Anliegen unserer Kunden im Bereich IT\-Infrastruktur. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und System Engineer nimmst du eine wichtige in der IT Services Abteilung ein. Für die Offertenerstellung bei Erweiterungs\- oder Erneuerungsprojekten greifst du auf vordefinierte Lösungen zurück oder erarbeitest gemeinsam im Team individuelle technische Konzepte, die für den Kunden passend sind. Dabei haben wir immer die Qualität und die langfristige Wartbarkeit der Lösung vor Augen. Je nach Anliegen besuchst du Kunden vor Ort, um eine optimale Betreuung und Beratung gewährleisten zu können. Ein fester Bestandteil deiner Arbeit sind zudem administrative und koordinative Aufgaben, wie die Vorbereitung der monatlichen Fakturierung und Abklärungen mit Lieferanten.

Freude am Kundenkontakt Du versetzt dich in unsere Kunden hinein und machst ihre Herausforderungen zu deinen eigenen. Es bereitet dir Freude, als Dienstleister:in die Kunden zu unterstützen.

Kenntnisse im technischen Umfeld von IT\-Infrastrukturen ‍Du hast Erfahrung im IT\-Infrastrukturbereich oder bist motiviert, dir dieses Wissen anzueignen.

Qualifikation ‍Ausbildung im Bereich der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder Telematik. Wir sind auch offen, Personen mit anderem technischem Hintergrund zu prüfen.
