Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Monitoring und Analyse aller relevanten Kennzahlen des jeweiligen Fachbereiches
  • Inhaltliche Beteiligung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei der Jahresplanung
  • Erarbeitung von Soll- / Ist-Vergleichen sowie Analyse und Kommentierung von Abweichungen, Benchmark Analysen
  • Begleitung der Nachverfolgung von umgesetzten Massnahmen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Ad-Hoc Analysen
  • Aufbereitung von regelmässigen Kennzahlen-Präsentationen, Szenario Berechnung und rollierenden Forecasts
  • Sparringspartner für die Entscheidungsträger zur wirtschaftlichen Bewertung von Initiativen und Projekten
  • Schnittstellenfunktion in der Bewertung von Berichtsanforderungen und Kennzahlen Monitoring und Veranlassung der Umsetzung durch das Reporting Team
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner Prozessen sowie Weiterentwicklung Controllinginstrumenten durch den Einsatz moderner Alltags KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung und Datenverarbeitung

Dein Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen  oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung mit eidg. Diplom
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling im Handel, FMCG-Sektor oder der Konsumgüterindustrie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Google Workspace Umgebung (Sheets, Docs und Slides) für kollaboratives Arbeiten in Echtzeit
  • Geübter Umgang mit Google NotebookLM oder generativem KI-Werkzeugen von Vorteil
  • Lernbereitschaft, sicheres Auftreten, Zielstrebigkeit und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Analytisches Denken, Flexibilität sowie eine sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Termintreue und Genauigkeit, eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau C1), eine weitere Landessprache von Vorteil
