Ihre Aufgaben - In dieser Rolle wirst du zu einer wichtigen fachlichen Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung. Du übernimmst Verantwortung, sorgst für Qualität und kannst dein eigenes Know-how aktiv einbringen - Review von Arbeiten anderer Sachbearbeiter/innen und Sicherstellung der fachlichen Qualität - Selbständige Betreuung und Abschluss kleinerer Treuhandmandate - Kundenbuchhaltungen und Erarbeiten der Abschlüsse - Betreuen von Lohnmandaten; Lohnbuchhaltungen sowie Lohnadministration - MWST - Betreuen von Steuermandaten (natürliche wie juristische Steuererklärungen) - Beratungen und Mitwirkung bei Besprechungen - Unterstützung bei anspruchsvolleren Mandaten - Fachliche Ansprechperson für Kolleginnen und Kollegen - Entlastung des Geschäftsführers im operativen Tagesgeschäft - Möglichkeit, schrittweise mehr eigene Mandatsverantwortung zu übernehmen und auszubauen - Aktive Mitarbeit beim weiteren Ausbau, der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Prozessen

Ihr Profil - Fachausweis Treuhand oder eine entsprechende Weiterbildung, die du aktuell absolvierst oder in Planung einer Weiterbildung - Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Treuhandbereich und im selbständigen Erstellen von Abschlüssen - Erfahrung in Review-Aufgaben - Freude an Zahlen, Qualität und selbständigem Arbeiten - Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und mit einem ausgeprägten Qualitätsanspruch - Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Freude daran, andere fachlich zu unterstützen und Arbeiten konstruktiv zu reviewen - Eine unkomplizierte, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit - Ihr Idealalter: 28-45 Jahre
